Podere San Biagio is a historic convent in the Era Valley that was built around the year 1700 to join the nearby San Biagio Church.
With their panoramic hill-top location, the gardens offer extraordinary views of the surrounding hills swathed in the alternating colours of various crops.
The residence itself is a welcoming place. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, each with its own private entrance and en-suite bathroom, one of which has a jacuzzi tub. On the ground floor there is a large (110m2) dining hall with a wood oven, and a reading lounge which has a bar, fireplace and television corner.
The building is surrounded by a sprawling grass lawn and 2 hectares of olive groves and woodlands.
